Brewed green tea: between 80°C-90°C
The water temperature should not be too high when brewing green tea, and it is generally more suitable to control the water temperature between 80 °C and 90 °C. This is because green tea is generally made of more tender buds and leaves, if the temperature is too high, the buds and leaves are easy to be "hot", the tea soup is easy to turn yellow, the alkali substances in the tea are easy to be leached, the tea soup will become bitter, and the vitamin C in the tea is also easy to be destroyed. At a suitable water temperature, green tea soup is usually tender green and translucent, with a fresh taste.
