"At the end of the Tang Dynasty and the beginning of the Song Dynasty, a monk surnamed Pei (common name) lived in the Anchang Courtyard in Shengquan Rock, east of the Sima Mountain in Anxi, and he made his own tea and taught it to the villagers, who called tea a sacred tree.

In the 6th year of Yuanfeng (1083), Anxi suffered a great drought, invited the master of Puzu to pray for Huguo, the villagers stayed in the master of Puzu in Qingshuiyan, he built a temple and built a road to the villagers, he heard about the medicinal effects of holy tea, and traveled hundreds of miles to Shengquanyan to ask the villagers for advice on planting tea and making tea, and transplanting sacred trees.

One day, Master Puzu (Ancestor Qingshui) went to the sacred tree to prepare tea picking after bathing and changing clothes, and found that a beautiful phoenix was tasting red buds, and soon came to Shan Qiang (commonly known as the little yellow deer) to eat tea. Ancestor Qingshui returned to the monastery to make tea and used the holy spring to make tea, and he thought: sacred birds, sacred beasts, and monks share holy tea, and heavenly saints. Since then, Tiansheng tea has become his holy prescription for healing the villagers.

Qingshui Zushi also passed on his own way of growing tea and making tea to the villagers, and in the foothills of Nanyan Mountain, a retired hunting general "oolong", because he went to the mountain to pick tea and hunt without inventing the shaking process and fermentation process, the Tiansheng tea made more aromatic and sweeter. The villagers learned from him, and in the future, the tea made with this process was called oolong tea.

Wei Yin loved tea, and all the tea he made competed to taste tea, and Wang Shirang took leave to return to his hometown to visit relatives and friends, and visited the foothills of Nanyan Mountain to taste this tea. In the sixth year of Qianlong (1741), Wang Shirang was summoned to Beijing to pay homage to Fang Yuan, an attendant of the Ministry of Rites, and brought tea as a gift.

After Fang Bud tasted, he felt that he was a treasure in tea, so he offered Qianlong, Qianlong summoned Wang Shi to ask where the tea came from, Wang detailed the source of the tea, Qianlong carefully looked at the tea leaves shaped like Guanyin, and his face was as heavy as iron, so he gave it the name "Tie Guanyin". ”
