From the fourth brew, each brew should be delayed by about 10 seconds compared to the previous brew. Good oolong tea has a residual fragrance in seven brews, so brewing oolong tea generally does not exceed 7 times. The length of time to brew tea is different, and the amount and quality of soluble matter in the tea soup are also different, so the length of time to brew tea directly affects the quality of the tea soup.
